Erneut bestelltSchnelle Lieferung und die Kapseln sind toll. Ich habe keine Probleme mehr ins Bett zu gehen. Eine Dreiviertelstunde vorher nehm ich die mit einem halben Glas Milch ein. Mehr nicht, sonst muss ich nachts raus. Ich habe die Kapseln weiter empfohlen.

Vieles probiertIch habe vieles probiert, nehme jetzt nur noch davon drei Tabletten am Abend und bin am nächsten Morgen richtig ausgeschlafen. Wurde bereits weiter empfohlen. Dankeschön!
