I have tried various combinations of glucosamine, omega3 and chondroitine and none of it made much difference to my fingers. After I came across pine bark extract I decided to try ARTHRO PRO for three months. It took a few weeks, but after about two months the stiffness and especially pain began to improve. My hands are now better than they've been in years.
